Our Process

Every epoxy project follows a documented workflow: surface audit and moisture testing, mechanical prep to CSP 2–3, crack injection and joint repair, primer application, build coat and broadcast, and finally a chemical-resistant topcoat or urethane sealer. Typical cure schedules allow light foot traffic in 24 hours and full service in 72 hours.

Why ATC Floorings

We are an Ottawa-based contractor with deep experience in substrate conditions common to Eastern Ontario — high moisture, frost damage, and aging concrete. We do not subcontract surface prep. Every project is self-performed by trained installers using industrial-grade equipment and premium materials from Sika, Flowcrete, and Sherwin-Williams.
